Following booking, Precision Pilates are under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course. However, a discretionary full or partial refund, less a £10 administration fee, may be possible if there are customers on the waiting list who are able to take the place.
If the course is being paid for by someone other than yourself, you are responsible for informing that person of our payment and cancellation policies.
Studio Classes - We regret that we are unable to offer “Catch up classes” for missed lessons. However it may be possible to offer you an online class as your catch up. This will be subject to availability and at our discretion.
Studio Closure due to Government Lockdowns
Should studio Face to Face classes be forced to be put on HOLD due to government restrictions (eg Lockdowns / Covid-19) your block of classes that you have paid for will be "Banked". These can either be transferred to on-line classes (at the same rate - should there be a difference in price then no credit can be offered) or banked until the government restrictions have been eased and studio face to face classes can be resumed. Precision Pilates are under no obligation to refund you. Your "Banked" sessions will start with immediate effect once face to face classes open again. Precision Pilates are not able to refund or roll your payments over to future blocks if you choose not to return to face to face classes.
Pay as You Go Online Classes - we regret that we are unable to offer “catch up classes” for missed lessons. However it may be possible to offer you an alternative online class within the same week as the class you missed. We can not offer credits for missed classes.
In the event of a studio closure or we cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour, where possible, to reschedule and/or re-locate your lesson. In this instance, Precision Pilates are not responsible for any travel expenses incurred. If we are unable to reschedule your lesson, we will issue a credit against your next block of classes but no refund can be issued.
Any Credits issued by Precision Pilates, MUST be used within the same block of the missed class. Should the credit be for the last week of the block then it may be possible to roll the credit over to the following block. However no further extension will be allowed. If you are unable to attend any of the catch up classes that are offered then unfortunately you will forfeit your credit / catch up class.
